Internet Explorer 5 and above for PC

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
Click the Internet zone.
If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4.

Check the checkboxes for Show style sheets and Enable scripting.
Click OK.
Click Refresh.

Select Internet Options from the View menu.
Click the Security tab.
Check Custom.
Click Settings.
Scroll down to locate Scripting.
Click Enable for Active Scripting.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Netscape 7.x

Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
Click the arrow next to Advanced.
Click Scripts & Plugins.
Check Navigator beneath Enable JavaScript for.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Netscape 6.x

Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
Click Advanced.
Check Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Netscape 4.x

Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
Click Advanced.
Check Enable JavaScript.
Check Enable style sheets.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Netscape 4.x for Mac OS 9

Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
Click Advanced.
Check Enable JavaScript.
Click OK.
Click Reload.

Opera 6.x, 7.x, 8.x and 9.x (Quick Preferences)

Select Quick Preferences from the File menu.
Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
Click Reload.

Opera 8.x and 9.x

Select Preferences from the File menu.
Click Content in the Preferences list.
Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
Click the JavaScript Options button to open the JavaScript Options box.
Check the boxes that you want to allow.
Click OK, and then OK again to close all dialogs.

Opera 7.x

Select Preferences from the File menu.
Click Multimedia in the Preferences list.
Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
Click the JavaScript Options button to open the JavaScript Options box.
Check the boxes that you want to allow.
Click OK, and then OK again to close all dialogs.

Opera 6.x

Select Preferences from the File menu.
Click Multimedia in the Preferences list.
Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
Click Reload.

Safari for Mac

Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
Click Security.
Click Enable JavaScript.
Close the window.
Click Reload.

Safari for Windows

Click the gear icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Preferences.
Click Security.
Click Enable JavaScript.
Close the window.
Click Reload.

Firefox 2.x or 3.x

From the Tools menu, select Options.
Click the Content icon.
Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
Click the Advanced button to open the Advanced JavaScript Options box.
Check the boxes under Allow scripts to section that you want to allow.
Click OK, and then OK again to close all dialogs.
Click the Reload current page button to run scripts.

Firefox 1.x

From the Tools menu, select Options.
Click Web Features in the Options list.
Under the Web Features section, check the box next to Enable JavaScript.

Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.

Click Content settings in the Privacy section.
Check the Allow all sites to run JavaScript button.
Close the Content Settings dialog, and then Reload the page.

AOL 7.0 and above

Select Preferences from the Settings menu.
Click the Internet Properties (WWW) under Organization.
Click the Security tab.
Check the Custom Level button.
Scroll down to locate Scripting.
For Active Scripting click Enable.
Click OK, and then OK again to close all dialogs.
Close the Preferences window, and then Reload the page.

How do I calculate trip cost for each traveler?

Include pre-paid, non-refundable costs listed below that you would lose if you had to cancel on day of departure.

Children 17 and under are insured at no extra charge on our Worldwide Trip Protector plan, and one child per adult at no extra charge on our Lite and Lite Expanded plans, but it is still necessary to include their trip costs.

Please list travelers with different addresses on separate applications.

Airfare	Cost for each person as itemized individually on airline tickets.
Accommodations	If accommodation expenses are not itemized individually, evenly split the amount among all travelers.
Cruise	Cost for each person as itemized individually on cruise receipt.
Rental Car	Assign whole cost to person who paid for rental. (All licensed drivers on rental contract are still covered.)
Meals and Entertainment	Cost for each person (pre-paid, non-refundable only).
