Claims - Claims Analyst/Examiner
We are seeking Claims professionals to collect pertinent information from
insured clients by reviewing, evaluating and providing resolution
recommendations for timely processing of claims. Examiners will have contact
with agents, claimants, and policy holders. This position provides formal on
the job claims training. Multiple positions available.
These positions work Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm.

Possess a minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess excellent diction and phone etiquette

Possess developed problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Be computer literate with demonstrated key board ability

Work effectively with the public and employees in person/e-mail

Able to work independently and in a team environment

Personally well organized, highly motivated and dependable

Experience in a call center environment a plus
