Customer Care - Customer Care Specialists
We are currently accepting applications/resumes for our Customer Care
department. We are looking for part-time and full-time Customer Care
Specialists to join our call center team. Multiple positions available.
Compensation for these positions ranges from $8.75 - $12.00 per hour, based on
experience and Annual Incentive Bonus Ranging from $2500-$5000 applies.
We are open Monday through Sunday and provide flexible hours based on current
business needs for these positions.

Possess a minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess excellent diction and phone etiquette

Possess developed problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Be computer literate with demonstrated key board ability

Work effectively with the public and employees in person/e-mail

Able to work independently and in a team environment

Personally well organized, highly motivated and dependable

Experience in a call center environment a plus
