Group Plans must be pre-booked prior to first trip payment. Our Deluxe Plan provides benefits for trip cancellation, trip interruption, trip delay, baggage, baggage delay, accident & sickness medical, evacuation/repatriation, accidental death and our 24-hour travel assistance services. You now also have the option of adding the Cancel For Any Reason benefit within 14 days of the initial trip deposit for all or some of your group members! All travelers must participate in the plan.

Payment with group manifest is due no later than the 15th of the month prior to departure. Credit Card payments can be made right online!
You must protect the full cost of the group trip.
There must be at least ten (10) or more insured passengers traveling to the same destination with the same departure and return dates.
All travelers must participate in the plan.
