Sue Barbanel, Account Administrator

Sue Barbanel, who joined Travel Insured International in September 2011, is the company's Sales Account Administrator, serving as the in-house sales contact for our travel industry sales partners and providing support to our Regional Sales Managers. Sue brings a varied background of customer-facing experiences in the travel industry to Travel Insured. She worked in tourism sales and marketing for several years at the Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau, representing the city at many international tourism markets from London to Berlin to Tokyo. Additionally, Sue booked weddings and social events at the Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center in Westford, MA, arranged familiarization trips for travel agents while working at Virgin Atlantic Airways, and organized corporate group events for the Hard Rock Café in Boston.

Sue, who has traveled extensively to favorite destinations from Moscow to Singapore, is a graduate of Northeastern University, and a native of Glastonbury, CT, where she currently resides with her family. When not working, Sue actively follows the busy school sports careers of her son and daughter in soccer, baseball and gymnastics.
