What Baggage Delay Covers

If your checked baggage is delayed or misdirected by a common carrier for the specified amount of hours in your plan from your time of arrival at a scheduled destination (other than your return destination), the plan provides reimbursement to you for the cost of necessary personal items purchased on your trip.
Applies after 12 hours for the Trip Protector Edge plan, 3 hours for Worldwide Trip Protector.
Reimburses expenses for necessary personal effects (such as clothing and toiletry).
