
A Tropical Storm was identified at 2:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, Aug. 19, 2011 after reaching sustained winds of 40 miles per hour at a location about 155 miles east of Roatan, Honduras and 285 miles southeast of Belize. It was given the name Tropical Storm Harvey by the U.S. National Weather Service Hurricane Center, and was moving west over the Caribbean Sea.
