What is 3 Opportunities?

Travel Insured's 3 Opportunities program is an email quote program that allows you to stay on top of your customers without having to remember to remind them of important travel protection deadlines and to purchase a plan.

Is it customized to my business?

Yes! The agent's name and agency name are mentioned throughout the emails, so your customers will know the email quote originated from you.

How do I send the quotes?

You can send email quotes from the agent dashboard on our website or with our booking tool, Travel Insured Agent Portal (TAP).

What are the 3 emails that get sent?

  1. Initial Quote: The travel protection quote is sent to your customer for the first time. (This email is the same as if you were to choose to send a single quote email instead of 3 Opportunities.)
  2. Pre-X Reminder: If your customer didn't purchase a plan after the first email, their quote will be emailed to them again on the date of your choice. This email contains a reminder that there are some benefits in the coverage that are only available when purchased in a certain time frame (such as the Pre-Existing Conditions waiver).
  3. Final Payment: This final email is sent if your customer still hasn't purchased a plan. It includes their quote for a third and final time, and also serves as a last chance reminder about the importance of travel protection.

Why should I take advantage of 3 Opportunities?

You can increase your number of travel protection transactions by using 3 Opportunities. Your customer may have forgotten that you mentioned travel protection when they booked their trip, so these emails can serve as their reminder. It takes some of the work off of you in an effort to help you grow your business!
