WHAT IS CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR)?
No one looks forward to canceling a trip, but sometimes it is necessary. Cancel for Any Reason is a benefit that allows you to cancel your trip regardless of the reason. With the benefit, you may be eligible for up to 75% reimbursement of your pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs.*
The benefit means what it says. You can cancel for ANY reason.

- Requires your reason for cancelling to be a covered reason under the Trip Cancellation benefit.
- Covered reasons are eligible for up to 100% reimbursement of pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs.

- Offers the Optional Cancel for Any Reason benefit.
- The benefit allows you to cancel your trip regardless of the reason not otherwise covered by the plan.
- You can be reimbursed for up to 75% of your non-refundable trip costs.
CFAR ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible you must:
- Purchase a Worldwide Trip Protector plan or Annual Multi-Trip Protector plan within 21 days of the date your first trip payment or deposit is received by your trip supplier.
- Insure full cost of any subsequent arrangements added to your trip within 21 days of the date of your payment for any such subsequent travel arrangements.
- Cancel the trip no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date.
Note: CFAR is not available for residents of New York State.
