What is Post Quote?

Travel Insured's Post Quote campaign is an email quote program that allows you to set up 3 automated emails that remind your customers about their quote and to purchase a plan.

Is it customized to my business?

Yes! The travel advisor's name and agency name are mentioned at the beginning of the emails, so your customers will know the quote originated from you.

How do I send the quotes?

You can send email quotes from the agent dashboard on our website or with our booking tool, Travel Insured Agent Portal (TAP).

What are the 3 emails that get sent?

  1. Here's Your Quote: The travel protection quote is sent to your customer for the first time.
  2. Don't Forget: If your customer didn't purchase a plan after the first email, their quote will be emailed to them again. This email can remind travelers that some benefits in the plans are only available when purchased in a certain time frame (such as the Pre-Existing Conditions waiver).
  3. Last Chance: This final email is sent if your customer still hasn't purchased a plan. It includes their quote for a third and final time, and also serves as a last chance reminder about the importance of travel protection.

Why should I take advantage of Post Quote emails?

You can increase your number of travel protection transactions by using Post Quote. Your customer may have forgotten that you mentioned travel protection when they booked their trip, so these emails can serve as their reminder.
