Ashley Puniello has intermittently been a part of the Travel Insured team since 2006. She brings an extensive background in Sales, Account Management, Customer Care, and Claims and Training to her current role as Sales and Inside Account Management Senior Specialist. Ashley chose Travel Insured to be a part of a great company culture that concentrates on the importance of partner relations and capitalize on her extensive knowledge of our products and technology.
As the Sales and Inside Account Management Senior Specialist, Ashley enjoys working with travel advisors to ensure they have the best customer experience possible. To ensure a positive experience at Travel Insured, she uses her exceptional interpersonal skills to empathize with customers and help them overcome objection and to educate on the importance of 3rd party travel insurance.
Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about travel, spending time with her family including her two full-of-energy dogs, Murphy and Bailey, and learning modern ways of staying connected with travel advisors.
