Isaac is the Vice President of Sales & Account Management Operations and has been a key member of the Travel Insured family for eighteen years, leading many priority initiatives. In his current role in Sales Operations, he provides strategic oversight of Salesforce Sales Cloud, modernizes business processes, and develops robust data analytics models to lead our sales team’s decision-making.
Prior to this position, in 2019 he successfully built Travel Insured’s Wholesale Business Center to drive short and long-term strategies. He led the growth of this critical business center through the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining and expanding partnerships with strategically important accounts. In addition, he held several positions in the Sales Department, including Vice President of Industry Relations where he managed our travel advisor consortia and served as an ambassador for trade press, representing our brand at major speaking engagements across the country.
Isaac’s entrepreneurial approach attracted him to Travel Insured, a place where he found incredible opportunities to grow professionally, innovate, and make a difference. He attributes Travel Insured’s culture for success to its unwavering values which have been fundamental since its founding.
Outside of the office, you might find Isaac on the golf course, at the Connecticut Humane Society as a volunteer dog walker or obsessively checking the latest breaking news in the NHL as a passionate hockey fan.
