Lauren Thompson is a dedicated Midwest Regional Account Manager with a rich background in the travel industry spanning over ten years. Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Lauren earned her degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Mobile, equipping her with a strong foundation in team building and client relations.

Lauren’s career began as a travel advisor, where she developed a deep understanding of customer needs and the intricacies of travel planning. Her passion for the industry led her to agency management roles and eventually to serving as a Midwest Business Development Manager for Royal Caribbean International. In her current role at Travel Insured International, Lauren leverages her extensive experience to support partners and clients throughout the Midwest, ensuring they have the best protection for their travel experiences.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren has been married for 14 years and is a mother to three wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering in her community, and spending quality time on her family’s farm.
