Lisa Hebert is a Sales Account Administrator who joined the Sales team in 2016. She first started working at Travel Insured in 1999 where she quickly became a Manager in the Claims Department and was highly regarded by customers and co-workers alike. Lisa grew within the company and transitioned to a Supervisor role in the Customer Care Department. She became as a positive mentor to all new hires and helped each agent reach their full potential. Because Lisa worked in both the Claims and Customer Care departments, she has a high product fluency, which makes her a great resource for questions about Plan Documents. Thanks to her successful roles in Claims and Customer Care, Lisa has become a valuable asset to the Sales Team. Lisa now supports three key Sales Managers to ensure their Accounts are successful and properly trained.
