What Travel Delay Covers

Travel Delay coverage starts on your departure date and covers you against expenses due to delays of 12 hours or more, to or from your destination.

Covered expenses can include:

  • any additional expenses incurred
  • An Economy Fare from the point where you ended your trip to a destination where you can catch up to the trip
  • A one-way Economy Fare to return you to your originally scheduled return destination
