CME Group Tour Championship Competition Rules
Any individual who enters, attempts to enter or in any way participates or attempts to participate in any contest, sweepstakes or giveaways (“Contest”) conducted by, Travel Insured International (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”) (each such individual in hereinafter referred to as an “Participant”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official General Contest Rules (“General Rules”), as well as by Sponsor’s interpretations of these General Rules which are final and binding in all matters relating to any Contest.
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. Entry Period
The competition begins on October 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
**NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.**
Participants must complete the entry form on the competition landing page, including their first name, last name, email address, and zip code. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a travel package for two (2) people with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of up to $4,500. The suggested package (valued at approximately$2,239 per person, $4,478 total) includes round-trip airfare from New York(JFK) to Dublin (DUB), pick up and drop off at Dublin Airport, two nights' accommodation in Dublin at Croke Park Hotel (or similar), 4 nights in your choice of accommodations throughout Ireland, a round of golf at Killarney Golf and Fishing (Killeen Course) and Dingle Golf Club, breakfast daily, plus manual, economy size rental car for duration - upgrade to automatic available at the winner's expense.
Prize winner may customize this suggested package and will receive up to $4,500 in total travel credit toward customization. The additional $22 in credit beyond the suggested package value may be applied toward travel upgrades, additional amenities, or related travel expenses. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and customization choices. Any difference between actual value and ARV will not be awarded. If actual cost is less than ARV, difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
If promotional cards are being awarded, promotional cards shall include and herein be referenced as “promotional card(s)” collectively to any prefunded bank card, a gift card, an electronic gift card, stored-value card or certificate, a store card, merchant card, voucher for services or goods, a gift certificate or similar instrument and other redeemable instruments with value credit or the like that may be awarded are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions as set by issuer. *Promotional cards are subject to the terms of use, applicable conditions and restrictions, including any expiration dates, promulgated by issuer of card. The promotional cards are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Redemption of the promotional card will be subject to the standard terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to the participating merchant and or the card issuer in effect on the day of issuance of the promotional card. The promotional card cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other promotional cards. Except as required by law, the promotional card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account. The Sponsor is not responsible if any promotional card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the promotional card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. No substitutions allowed except by Sponsor at its sole discretion for a prize of comparable value.
Trip Prize Conditions: Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Travel must be completed between April-September 2026, with all bookings subject to course and accommodation availability. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. If the trip requires traveling outside the United States, the winner, upon winning the prize, must have a valid US passport. If the winner does not have a valid US passport upon winning the prize, the trip may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In accordance with applicable laws, international travelers are required to possess a government issued passport, if a winner does not have or is unable to obtain a passport within any time constraints related to the prize, the winner will be disqualified. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Any and all airport transfers, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance and applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If, for any reason, any part of the trip package is canceled or shall become unavailable, postponed or canceled, the Sponsor shall have no further responsibility for that portion of the prize and the prize will be awarded without the inclusion of the item on the same itinerary. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Any provided tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon, and seat locations are as solely determined by Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, flight cancellations or difficulty. If travel delays, cancellations or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of trip, the Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense. If forfeited for any reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of the Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein. Winner agrees to accept all blackout dates, space availability requirements, etc. established by the Sponsor’s prize partner(s), such as hotels, airlines, trains, ships, concert or event venues etc. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable laws, and any rules and regulations established by the Sponsor’s prize partner(s), if any; such as hotels, airlines, trains, ships, concert or event venues etc. Winner agrees that acceptance of any trip taken as a prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS ACCEPT THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION, SUCH RISK INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR AND RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within thirty (30) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, image, likeness, voices, characters and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Privacy

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the competition. Travel Insured International is not responsible for any technical issues or entries not received due to technical failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or the prize.
10. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey for the resolution of any disputes.
11. Disclosure
This competition is a game of chance. Each eligible entry submitted online has an equal chance of winning regardless of whether a purchase was made. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
