Travel Insured International Named a 2012 Top Workplace

Travel Insured International, a leading privately-owned travel insurance provider, has been named one of Connecticut’s 2012 Top Workplaces by the Hartford Courant/FOX CT. The Hartford Courant and Fox CT have recognized 50 Companies and Organizations in Greater Hartford as the Top Workplaces of 2012. Any employer with at least 50 employees in Hartford, Middlesex, Tolland, New London and Windham counties was eligible to participate.

Travel Insured International has placed within the Top 30 small businesses category (50-149 employees) in Connecticut based on a survey given to employees involving factors including; company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, and benefits. The survey was conducted by the Exton, PA-based independent research firm, Workplace Dynamics LLC, and a total of 793 employers were invited to participate. Results of the 2012 Top Workplaces, by the Hartford Courant newspaper and Fox CT television, have been released in a special news publication, TV coverage on Fox CT and online directory at http://www.courant.com.
