Available to groups with ten (10) or more passengers traveling to the same destination with the same departure and return dates.
Available to student, civic and youth organizations.
80% or more travelers must be 35 years old or younger; premium based on trip cost.
Maximum trip duration is 180 days.

Pre-Ex and Cancel for Any Reason now available up to final trip payment!

Purchase up to or before final trip payment to be eligible for the Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion Waiver and the Optional Cancel For Any Reason benefit!

Administration:

You may add the optional Cancel For Any Reason Coverage up to or before final trip payment. This coverage must be purchased for all travelers on the plan.

Payment with the group manifest is due on the 15th of the month prior to the date of departure.

Payments can be made to Travel Insured International by Master Card or VISA. These payments can be made online, can be mailed to Travel Insured International, PO Box 280568, East Hartford, CT 06128-0568 Attn.: Group Department, or you may fax your manifest with credit card information to 860-528-8005, Attn.: Group Department.

You must protect the full cost of the group trip.

There must be at least ten (10) or more passengers traveling to the same destination with the same departure and return dates.

This plan is only available to student, civic and youth organizations with 80% or more travelers 35 years of age or younger.
