What The Cancel For Work Reasons Option Covers

The Cancel for Work Reasons option provides up to full trip cost in case of cancellation due to any of the following work conflicts:

• You or your traveling companion are required to work during the scheduled trip (whether or not your traveling companion is insured).
• Your or your travel companion's company is struck by a natural disaster, fire, flood, vandalism or burglary.
• You or your travel companion are directly involved in a company acquisition or merger.
• Your or your travel companion's job relocates 250 miles or more and you're required to change your primary residence.

Please note that the Cancel for Work Reasons option is not necessary for Job Loss coverage. Job Loss is already included as a Reason for Trip Cancellation/Interruption in all of Travel Insured's Worldwide Trip Protector plans.

The Cancel for Work Reasons option must be purchased no more than 30 days after your initial trip deposit for Worldwide Trip Protector Gold, 21 days for Worldwide Trip Protector, and 14 days for Trip Protector Lite Expanded and Trip Protector Lite.
