The Travel Services Marketing–Education Program award celebrates the company’s groundbreaking Certified Specialist Program—an innovative, self-paced certification platform that empowers travel advisors with the knowledge, confidence, and compliance tools needed to serve their clients better.
Developed in response to a growing knowledge gap in the travel protection marketplace, TII’s Certified Specialist Program delivers modular, interactive training on essential topics such as insurance terminology, compliance boundaries, and effective client conversations. The program’s impact is reflected in strong engagement and measurable success across key performance metrics:
