Whether facing a natural disaster, political unrest, or a sudden security threat, this coverage could make evacuation reimbursement available to you. Travel with more confidence, knowing that you are prepared for unexpected challenges and can have coverage should your journey take an unexpected turn.
Political or Security Evacuation
Offers reimbursement for all reasonable political or security evacuation expenses and related costs incurred for your transportation, if you must interrupt your trip for a covered political or security event while traveling outside your home country.
Natural Disaster Evacuation
Offers reimbursement for all reasonable natural disaster evacuation expenses and related costs incurred for your transportation, if you must interrupt your trip for a covered natural disaster event while traveling outside your home country.
When Coverage Applies
The political, security, or natural disaster evacuation must occur within 14 days of the political, security, or natural disaster event. The travel arrangements will be by the most appropriate and by most efficient, practical and economical means available, and consistent with your health & safety.
